The running of it: one accountable owner, one number for every request, every booking and rebooking, finding and managing your providers, your testing calendar, travel arranged before you fly, restaurants found and personal bookings made, four guarantees written into your agreement, and six founders’ dinners a year that we host and pay for. Founding members pay £5,400 a month, VAT included.

Your providers. Doctors, scans, treatments, spas, hotels and gyms are billed to you directly, at cost and with nothing added by us. It is a bill you are probably paying already; the fee pays for someone to run it.

Anything that looks after your body or your mind and can be booked. A private GP, a consultant or an MRI; a dermatologist, a facial or an aesthetic clinic; a therapist or a sleep clinic; a spa weekend, a retreat abroad, or a hotel chosen for how you sleep. Training and recovery are part of it. If we cannot find someone to our standard, we tell you.

Founding members pay £5,400 a month, and that rate is held for 36 months from the day they join. After that it is reviewed at most once a year, with any rise capped at the lower of UK CPI or five per cent. The standard rate is £6,600, and your founding status and member number stay with you for as long as you are a member.

There are four, all written into the contract and all automatic. Every request is acknowledged within 24 hours or that month is credited, and a request means anything that asks us to do, find, arrange, change or answer something, so a simple thanks needs no reply. If the continuity of your programme breaks, that month is credited as well, and any shortfall from a provider we arranged is put right at no cost to you in time or money. Every full month, your Value Ledger shows at least 5 hours handed back, or that month is credited. Credits are capped at one month’s fee per rolling quarter and cover what we control, which excludes a third party’s own session.

The 90-Day Fit Guarantee covers it. Either side can end the membership in the first 90 days on seven days’ notice, you pay only for the months you have started, and you keep your Health Strategy.
