Your Dedicated Owner
One person is accountable for all of it and looks after twelve members at most. They hold everything about you in one place, from an old shoulder injury to the hotel you prefer in Dubai, so you explain things once.

What you get
Everything on this page is covered by the £5,400. Providers send their own bills, at cost.
One person is accountable for all of it and looks after twelve members at most. They hold everything about you in one place, from an old shoulder injury to the hotel you prefer in Dubai, so you explain things once.

One WhatsApp number for every request, answered within 24 hours, and that promise is in your agreement. Your assistant can use it to book. Results and documents are kept off it, so the thread holds bookings and times.

Planning, booking and rebooking, finding and checking providers, and keeping the testing calendar. Results are chased to your own doctor and their advice is put into your week. Before every trip the hotel and whatever you need there are booked, and a jet-lag plan is written. The same owner finds the restaurant for Thursday and books the flight home.

Everything below is part of the £5,400.
04
Written with you in the first fortnight: your providers, how your week runs at home and away, and when each test is due. It is yours to keep.
05
Every three months we sit down with you, the way a wealth manager would, and go through what was booked, what happened and what changes next.
06
A bound record of the year.
07
Injured or ill? We find the right specialist with your doctor, book them, and rebuild the week around their advice.
08
For each trip the hotel is chosen, what you need at the other end is booked, and a jet-lag plan arrives before you fly.
09
If a provider we arranged cancels late, overcharges or lets you down, sorting it out is our job.
10
A monthly list of what we did for you, taken from the record.
11
Six founders’ dinners a year, hosted and paid for by Flow State, for the members as the group forms.
12
The Obsidian card, engraved with your member number, and a travel sleep kit.
Jobs you probably do now without thinking about them, and the small decisions that come with each one. From the first week they are ours.
A doctor, a physio or a trainer, found and checked, with your history sent before you arrive.
We chase it to your doctor and tell you when they have it.
Moved the same day, around your meetings.
We hold it once and pass it to every provider who needs it.
Bloods, check-ups and membership renewals are booked before they lapse.
Cancellations and disputes with providers we arranged come to us.
The concierge side of the role, and the details members notice in the first month.
Every session appears in the calendar you already use, Outlook or Google included. When we move one, it moves there too, and the rest of your diary stays yours.
Your owner finds restaurants that suit your taste, recommends the ones worth your evening, and asks for the table, the seat or the ticket on your behalf. These are personal bookings, so you pay for the booking. If one is gone, you hear the same day, with the next best option.
Planning a dinner in London or Paris? You get three places that suit you, with pictures of each and what to order around any allergy. Want more? Three more follow.
A week of meals to cook, have delivered or eat out. If you have a chef, they get a printed copy showing what you avoid and nothing else about you.
Each booking comes with the address, a map and the route, opening in whichever maps app you prefer.
We show what happened in plain numbers: sessions done, and how this month compares with the last. A bad week is recorded as a week, without scores or streaks.
A private app for iPhone and Android, given to every founding member with their membership.
Your week, your documents and your answers, in one place that opens with your face.
Suggestions arrive as a question you answer with one tap: yes, no, or a different time. Nothing goes into your plan until you say yes. Notifications say that something has arrived and keep the message inside the app, so a phone left on the table stays private.
Results and documents live here rather than in WhatsApp, which is why your assistant can book for you without seeing anything clinical.

Everything booked, including trips, laid out at whichever distance you want to look from.
A switch for each kind of information, dated when you set it. Change it whenever you like, or ask for a copy of everything we hold, or for it to be deleted.
Connect Apple Health, WHOOP or Oura if you want us to plan around your recovery. We only read, and you can disconnect at any time.
Your Health Strategy, your chef’s plan and your reports, with every earlier version kept.
The first fortnight, in order.
01
Within two working days of your application, the founder calls you to hear how your weeks run now. Then you decide whether to go further.
02
We write down two of your real weeks, at home and away, and show you where things fall through. If you join, its fee comes off your first month, and the findings are yours either way.
03
You choose what we may see and tell us once how you like things done. Your owner then introduces themselves to your providers, so the introductions are done for you.
04
Agreed within the first fortnight. It maps your providers, your week at home and away, and your testing dates.
05
On Sunday evening your week arrives, laid out: what is booked, what has moved and anything we need from you.
Your own GP, consultant or specialist leads and receives your results. Flow State never interprets them. We make sure the tests happen, the results reach your doctor, and what they decide is booked and kept to.
WhatsApp is for logistics. Results and documents go elsewhere, so a thread forwarded by mistake shows only times and places. Your record is held in London, and your owner is the only person who can open the health parts of it.
We do our due diligence on every provider, venue and recommendation before you hear about it. Your owner signs off everything we send you.
The Value Ledger lists what we did, from the record. Hours handed back are counted from a published standard time for each task, rounded down, and you can read every line.
Before we book anyone, we confirm they are registered where their work requires it, that their insurance is in date, and that the public record raises no concerns.
A week of meals planned around your preferences, to cook, have delivered or hand to your own chef. When you eat out, we find places that suit you and note what to order around any allergy.
Each is credited automatically, up to one month’s fee in any rolling quarter. They cover what we control; a third party’s own session sits outside them.
Every request gets a reply within 24 hours, or that month is credited. A request is anything that asks something of us; a simple thanks needs no reply.
If we drop the thread and your programme stops, the month is credited.
If a provider we arranged falls short, we put it right at no cost to you in time or money.
At least 5 hours handed back every full month, shown on your Value Ledger, or that month is credited. It starts with your first full month and covers every month your programme is running.
Either side can end the membership in the first 90 days on seven days’ notice. You pay only for the months you have started, and you keep your Health Strategy.

Clinics, practitioners, spas and hotels are paid by you, directly and at cost.
We add nothing to what providers charge. If we negotiate a better rate with one, the whole saving goes to you, so we have every reason to keep your spending sensible.
One comparison. Employing your own health chief of staff would mean a full-time salary, recruitment, holiday cover and the risk of a bad hire. Here the role is shared by twelve people at most, it is guaranteed in writing, and you can walk away in the first 90 days.
