What it is
One person runs their health life
Anything for their physical and mental wellbeing, from specialists, scans and treatments to training, spas and the hotels in between, run as one plan by one accountable owner in London. The same owner acts as concierge for restaurants, flights and tickets. It is not a clinic. Their own doctor leads on anything clinical, and Flow State never interprets results.
The money
£5,400 a month, VAT included
The founding rate is held for 36 months. Every clinic, practitioner, spa and hotel bills them directly, at cost. The membership can be held through a company or family office.
The exit
90 days to decide
Either side may end it in the first 90 days on seven days’ notice. They pay only for months begun and keep their Health Strategy. After that, 30 days’ written notice.
The guarantees
Written into the agreement
A reply to every request within 24 hours, continuity of the programme, a fix for any provider shortfall, and at least 5 hours handed back every full month on your Value Ledger. A miss is credited automatically, up to one month’s fee per rolling quarter.

Messages carry logistics only. Results and documents go elsewhere, so an assistant can book without seeing anything clinical. Every provider is checked before we book them. Privacy policy.

He reads every application and is the owner for the founding members. Each owner looks after twelve people at most.

Write to concierge@joinflowstate.club with their name and the best way to reach them, or ask them to apply and name you in the form.

A 20-minute call
The founder calls them within two working days. Neither side is committed to anything.

You hear that we spoke
We let you know the call happened. What they tell us about their health stays with them.
We pay no introduction fees and ask for none. After the first call we tell you it happened, and that is all we share.
Introduce someone
One email is enough. We take it from there and keep you informed, without sharing anything about their health.
