Hiring your own health chief of staff would cost a full salary, plus recruitment and holiday cover. Here the role is shared by twelve people at most, which is how the fee comes to £5,400 a month.
No owner will run more than twelve members. That ratio is what lets us work weeks ahead of your diary and put the guarantees in writing. If Flow State grows, it adds owners rather than stretching the ones it has.

Founding fee
£5,400 a month
VAT included. Charged on the first of each month and renewed automatically.
Held for
36 months
From the day you join. After that it is reviewed at most once a year, with any rise capped at the lower of UK CPI or five per cent.
Standard rate
£6,600 a month
Applies once the twelve founding places are taken. That is £14,400 a year more, and the founding rate is not offered again.
Founding status
Permanent
Your member number, your founder status and first access to anything we build, for as long as you are a member.
Providers
Billed at cost
Clinics, practitioners, spas and hotels are paid by you directly, with nothing added by us.
Leaving
90-day fit, then 30 days’ notice
Either side may end it in the first 90 days on seven days’ notice, and you keep your Health Strategy. After that, 30 days’ written notice.

The Table
Six founders’ dinners a year, hosted and paid for by Flow State, for the members as the group forms.
The Health Strategy
Your providers, your week at home and away, and your testing dates, written down in the first fortnight. Yours to keep, whatever you decide.
Who itsuits
If you enjoy running your own health, keep doing it. If £5,400 a month would be a stretch, a good trainer and a private GP will serve you well, and we will say so. Flow State suits people who would rather spend their time, and their decisions, on almost anything other than running their health.
